Identity & Destiny Are Only Right In Jesus.
Redemption Calvary began in January 2014, as Jesus gave us (Pastor Cody and Myca) the desire to see a church planted.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
A statement of faith is the written declaration of our position on essential matters that are directly linked to our christian faith.
What should I expect when I come? How long is the service? What happens during the service? How should I dress?

Simply Jesus…this is so much more than a “tag line” because it literally defines who we are and why we exist. The greatest need you have is to know Jesus and to become like Him. This is anything but natural…in fact it is completely supernatural. Jesus must be exalted to where He belongs in your life, as Savior, King and Lord. This will supernaturally cause your natural, sinful way of living to decrease while simultaneously increasing the life and influence of Jesus within you.
Jesus created and instituted the church as His people (not necessarily a building or an organization) in relationship with Him and in community with one another. Jesus has given His church a very specific mission, to be the ones who bear the responsibility of bringing the Gospel Message to the world. We serve you in helping you to recognize Jesus as God and your need to worship Him as God. Everything we are and everything we do falls into two categories…making disciples and planting churches.
Jesus is the true and living God, and our chief goal is to have a living and thriving relationship with Him. Through our relationship with Jesus, we exist to help people to grow in their relationship with Him as well…both personally/individually as well as corporately/in community. Jesus gave His followers this specific mission in Matthew 28:19-20, and as His followers today, we have the very same mission.
The church exists to make disciples. The church without discipleship is no church at all. At its essential core, discipleship is to bring people closer to Jesus. This discipleship must include a relationship with the church, who are the people of God. We seek to serve people in building their relationship with Jesus and His church.
Jesus created, began and grows His church. He has designed discipleship to be accomplished through the local church. The local church fulfills its God given mission by serving people in becoming more like Jesus by the power of the Holy Spirit to the glory of God the Father.
When we understand the church as from Jesus, under Jesus, by Jesus and for Jesus we see it correctly. Simultaneously we must see the church as Jesus’s primary tool for advancing the gospel and His Kingdom. This reality makes us passionate to see more churches planted, and we fervently pray for opportunities to assist in, and/or plant more churches by the leading and direction of Jesus.
This vision is accomplished through…
1. REDEMPTION from God the Father – who provides us with all things that pertain to life and godliness. (2 Peter 1:3)
2. REDEMPTION through God the Son – who is Jesus Christ, and His completed work of death and resurrection as our only hope to be saved. (Hebrews 10:14)
3. REDEMPTION sealed by God the Spirit – who empowers us to obey God and to serve Him by living holy lives. (Acts 1:8)
4. REDEMPTION and transformation of our minds through the Scriptures of the Old and New Testament – as the Word of God being fully inspired and completely without error in the original manuscripts. (2 Timothy 3:16)
5. REDEMPTION of community with other Christians – to encourage and help one another grow in faith in Jesus. (Hebrews 10:25)
