Anchored in Christ our King
Rough seas are a part of sailing just as difficult times are a part of life. You may find yourself in a difficult season right now, if not there certainly is one coming on the horizon. The difference in whether or not these storms capsize your ship is in how you answer the questions; Who is Jesus? What did Jesus do? How is this significant in my life more than 2,000 years later? This letter to the church in Colosse is designed to have our lives anchored in Christ our King.
Preaching & Teaching
We are passionate about preaching and teaching god’s word with the utmost of integrity. Nehemiah 8:8 describes an expository preaching style, which we seek to embrace and embody to the best of our ability. Our church services, men’s and women’s bible studies, children’s ministry, youth ministry and small groups are specifically designed with the scriptures as our focus.
God has chosen to reveal himself through his written word, therefore understanding him by what he has written becomes vitally important. We seek to submit our understanding and beliefs to the scriptures, and we do not seek to submit the scriptures to our understanding nor beliefs.
